John DeMarco joined Claymont Steel in December 2006 to serve as vice president, human resources. From 2003 to December 2006, John served as division manager, human resources & labor relations for Mittal Steel USA and from 2001 to 2003 he was Manager, Human Resources for the Pennsylvania Division of Bethlehem Steel. Prior to that, John held various key human resources management roles for Bethlehem Steel Corp., Amtrak Corp. & Conrail. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters Degree in Labor Relations from St. Francis College.
