Victor Clark
Vice President and General Manager

Victor has been in the steel business for over 15 years. Most recently, Victor was the Vice President and General Manager for one of IPSCO’s largest producing plate and coil mill in the United States, producing in excess of 1.25M tons annually with a workforce of over 550 employees.  Since joining IPSCO in 2000, Victor has held several progressively more responsible key managerial positions overseeing, rolling, finishing, and shipping operations and was responsible for design, commissioning and start-up of the new heat treat facility at the Mobile Works.  Prior to joining IPSCO in 2000, Victor was with Birmingham Steel where he worked in the capacity as Plant Engineer and Bar Mill Superintendent. Victor holds a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from theUniversity of Houston.
