What if I forget my password?

At the login prompt, you can enter your userid and click the Forgot Password link and we will email you your password. REMEMBER: Passwords are case sensitive, be sure your caps lock is not on, unless you entered your password in upper case.

Yes, using your web browser Print icon or the Print menu option under the File menu.

How can I find something on one of the web pages? I need to find a particular word in a long report.

Press ctrl + f or use the Find option under the Edit menu. This will invoke a dialog box where you enter what you want to search for and press Find Next.
