At full capacity, we employ about 500 employees and 100 full time contractors at our 428-acre
facility located in Claymont, New Castle County. ECS is a carbon plate mini-mill specializing
in the manufacture and sale of custom-order discrete steel plate in the United States and Canada.

Evraz Claymont Steel is the state of Delaware’s largest recycler, recycling more than half a million tons
of scrap metal each year. We are proud to be a part of an industry where more than 65 million tons
